Ms. Nongluck Narkman is a seasoned sales & marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in both sales & marketing and conventions & catering fields, working for various brands such as Shangri-La, Conrad, Sheraton and The Luxury Collection.

Ms. Nongluck Narkman first became a 5-star hotel Director of Sales in 2006 at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, A Luxury Collection Hotel. Later, in 2008, she became Director of Sales & Marketing at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa and posted to Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, Vietnam in August 2012, giving her over seven years of direct experience in the demanding position. With her extensive experience with hotels under the same Starwood Hotels & Resorts umbrella as The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, along the way, she has picked up a string of Starwood awards. These include 2013 & 2009 Best RevPar Index Improvement, 2013 Best Hotel / SSO Collaboration with Starwood Sales Organization Beijing, 2011 Best Sales & Marketing Awards with Customer Contact Center Engagement Index and 2008 Starwood Preferred Planner, Regional Winner – Starwood Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing Divisional Awards.

A graduate of Thailand’s prestigious Srinakharinwirot University where she majored in English, Ms. Nongluck added a Major in Hospitality at the Central Institute of Technology, Wellington, New Zealand, along with continuous certified training courses accomplished during her career.

Ms. Nongluck adds to all this excellent command of information technology applications relevant to the hospitality industry. She also brings to the table extensive capabilities, initiatives, leadership and passion relative to sales & marketing strategies in general and Starwood programs in particular. Her wealth of experience will ensure a smooth transition at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok and promises strong performances going forward.
