In her new role, Patrick will lead a team of 15 business development managers promoting the Princess Cruises and Cunard Line brands to travel consultants in the western United States and Canada.

Patrick has been with Princess Cruises for 19 years, most recently serving as director of customer relations and has deep experience with the company within various departments, including Air, Groups, Consumer Sales and Customer Relations.

From 2013 to 2016, Patrick served as director of customer relations overseeing the daily operations for the service recovery of the Princess Cruises guest and travel partners experience both pre- and post-cruise. Since joining Princess Cruises in 1997, she has also served as director of reservations and consumer sales and manager of groups and special accounts.

Patrick is based in Santa Clarita, Calif., and enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
