21c Museum Hotels Appoints Gabe Isaac

21c Museum Hotels announced the appointment of Gabe Isaac to the position of General Manager of 21c Museum Hotel Lexington.

Isaac was previously the Operations Director for A/D/O Brooklyn and General Manager of 21c Cincinnati. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, sales, and community and guest relations.

Isaac joined 21c Museum Hotels in 2007 as a Front Desk Agent at 21c Louisville, and quickly worked his way up to General Manager of 21c Cincinnati in 2014. During his time at 21c Cincinnati, the property was named the “#1 Best Hotel in the Midwest” in the 2014 and 2015 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. In 2016, Gabe relocated to New York City to serve as the Director of Hospitality Services at WeWork, and most recently, the Operations Director for A/D/O Brooklyn, a creative working space for design professionals.

“21c actively works to attract and continuously engage their teammates through thoughtful design, authentic service and cutting-edge art,” says Isaac. “The result – a place where you want to come to work.”

21c Museum Hotels Chief Operating Officer Sarah Robbins says, “Gabe has played a pivotal role in helping to develop the operating standards for 21c and implement them across all of our properties. He helped launch 21c Cincinnati, Bentonville, Durham, and Lexington, supporting the leaders and the teams on those properties. He will no doubt be successful in his new position at 21c Lexington.”
