Responsible for the performance of all Anantara properties worldwide, as well as for 30 projects in the pipeline over the next 5 to 10 years, the appointment underpins the Anantara brand's continued profitability and its ability to deliver on its formidable expansion plans.

Peter joins Minor from the Intercontinental Hotel Group where he held the corporate role of Vice President Operations South East Asia & Maldives, and was responsible for hotels in various markets including the Maldives, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, and more recently Thailand.  Earlier in his career he held operational leadership roles with the Shangri-La Group in Indonesia and China.  Building on such a solid industry platform, Peter's experience is a strong fit for Anantara's vision and values; a fit which encompasses his numerous accolades and achievements.

In his new role, Peter will report into Dillip Rajakarier, Chief Operating Officer of the Minor Hotel Group.  The operational leaders of all Anantara properties will report into Peter, and he will also oversee the internal corporate functions which support Operations, namely Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Revenue Management and Technical Services.

Peter, of Canadian nationality, has been a regular volunteer sports coach for many years, and is an active member of SKAL, Chaine des Rotisseurs, and Harley-Davidson HOG Singapore.
