Ceren has started her career in InterContinental Hotels Group in Crowne Plaza working at the Front Office Department. She was also the Departmental Trainer and moved to the Training Department after working 7 years at the Front Office and delivered many trainings regarding brand standards as well as management and soft skills trainings.

After working 10 years in InterContinental Hotels Group, she continued her career in pharmecutical industry in HR Department taking the roles of HR Supervisor, Asst. HR Manager and HR Manager. During the period of 6 years in pharma industry, she was responsible from all HR applications in headoffice and also Sales Force consists of 600 people. She also actively took role in the development process of a global project called “Global Leadership Program”, in implementation of Assessment Centre and in preparation of the Global Recruitment & Selection and On-boarding processes.

She took the opportunity in Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul as Director of Human Resources and she actively took roles in global projects; restructuring of brand standards and HR applications.

Ceren joined Marriot International in July, 2013 as Director of Human Resources with the pre-opening stage of Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli.
