Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok Welcomes Christoph Trocker

Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok announced the appointment of Mr. Christoph Trocker as the property’s new Executive Chef & B, effective from now on.

Austrian native Chef Christoph has nearly a quarter of a century of culinary experience and expertise, traveling the globe to such diverse locales as China and Dubai as well as a number of stints in Europe. His previous position prior to joining Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok was as the Executive Chef at the 5-star Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, a position he held for 4 years.
