Rove Healthcare City
Rove hotels has opened its third property; Rove Healthcare City next to Dubai Healthcare City. The 286-key hotel is 10 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, Dubai World Trade Centre, Downtown Dubai and DIFC. Hotel features include free Wi-Fi access, late checkout at 2pm, and the usual amenities. Opened: January 2017
The Address Boulevard
The Address Boulevard, the latest property from the Address Hotels and Resorts has opened its doors opposite to Dubai Mall. The Address Boulevard has 196 rooms including 116 spacious deluxe rooms, 44 deluxe club rooms, 28 one-bedroom suites, seven two-bedroom suites and a presidential suite offering views of The Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai

Aloft The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai will be the brand’s first resort in the Middle East when it opens its doors as the first mid-market hotel brand on the island. Aloft Dubai, The Palm will have 192 guest rooms, including 10 suites, with plush platform beds, large walk-in showers and complimentary Bliss® amenities. Bulgari Resort & Residences
Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Dubai-based real estate development company Meraas Holding for a new hotel in Dubai to be opened in 2017. The Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai will be the world's fifth Bulgari Hotels and Resorts property. Designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, it will be located on the exclusive Jumeira Bay Island, off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Road, sculpted in the shape of a titanic seahorse. The luxury marine 1.7 million sq ft. complex will be framed by lush landscaped gardens and it will be defined by 100 rooms and suites, 20 residential villas and a marina, all accompanied by a full range of luxury amenities.
