Holiday Inn Express Paris – CDG Airport (Opened: April 2018)

Directly connected to Terminal 1, the Holiday Inn Express at Paris – Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport, an IHG hotel, offers travelers easy access to one of the world’s busiest airports as well as speedy transport links into central Paris.

The newly built 305-room Holiday Inn Express hotel’s guestrooms feature wide beds with noise-absorbing headboards, bed-side built-in USB ports, plasma screens that can be connected to personal devices to stream media, a power shower and free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.

The Express Café & Bar is open 24/7 for travelers to buy drinks and snacks. The hotel also features a meeting room with space for up to 12 people.

Niepce Paris Hotel

Hilton has opened the Niepce Paris Hotel, the first Curio Collection hotel in French capital. Located in the heart of the artistic district of Montparnasse, Niepce Paris Hotel offers guests close proximity to unexpected treasures, whilst being in one of the most sought-after capitals in the world. Guests can delve into Montparnasse’s rich art and culture at the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art or beat the Eiffel Tower crowd with panoramic views of Paris from the Montparnasse Tower. Niepce Paris Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton takes travelers back to the Roaring Twenties, as the hotel is inspired by one of the most influential photographic artists of the time – Janine Niepce. Janine’s famous shots are captured throughout the guest rooms, corridors, and ceiling displays, adding a special touch to the hotel’s artsy ambiance. Formerly the Radisson Blu CDG hotel, Marriott International opens Courtyard by Marriott Paris Roissy CDG Airport Hotel following an extensive 15-month, multi-million euro refurbishment.

Ideally located between the airport and the city center, the 240-bedroom hotel features a contemporary and efficient design that mixes a natural color palette with yellow and blue accents to create a casual yet vibrant atmosphere. The hotel lobby has a unique Courtyard by Marriott concept offering touchscreen technology that allows users to view the latest airport information and research popular tourist attractions. Guests can also enjoy the use of complimentary Wi-Fi.

The hotel”s food and beverage offering, Kitchen & Bar, is the first of its kind in a Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Europe and offers a relaxed, bistro environment with French-inspired menu items. Additional hotel features include 1000m² of event space with 12 flexible meeting rooms, a 70m² fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, and a complimentary airport shuttle service.

Hotel Lutetia

Hotel Lutetia (Opened: July 2018)

Opened first in 1920, the historic Lutetia hotel, where Ernest Hemingway and Pablo Picasso once stayed has reopened in July after a four-year restoration and refurbishment project. Paris’ only grand hotel on the Left Bank, the traditional home of writers, painters, poets, and random bohemians, reopened with a spa, indoor pool and jazz bar with a frescoed ceiling. The luxury hotel now offers 184 rooms, including 47 suites, down from its original 233 rooms.

The hotel’s distinct position in the bohemian St. Germain district of the city lends itself to the city’s social elite. The hotel is within minutes of some of the best Parisian boutiques, art galleries and bars, and clubs.

9Confidentiel is a chic luxury hotel in an area known for fashion, restaurants, and shopping. A 5-star hotel entirely designed by Philippe Starck the 9Confidentiel is located in the Marais. It has 26 guest rooms and 3 luxurious suites, features stunning rooftop views of Paris and a rich palette marked by bronze, brass, and pastels. Services include in-room beauty treatments by Parisian brand Codage and a full cocktail menu from Nico de Soto.

Hôtel Brach Paris (Opened: October 2018)

Group Evok Hotels Collection opened Hôtel Brach Paris. Designed by Philippe Starck, the hotel is set in a quiet, residential corner of the 16th arrondissement on the site of a former postal sorting center. It has 59 rooms (including seven suites) with terraces. The suites have tree-lined terraces and Norwegian baths, as well as a view of the rooftops of the city and some even looking over the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has a sports club with a swimming pool, extra-large hot tub, hammam, salt grotto, and sauna.

For dining, the property has a 160-seat restaurant, a cocktail bar and a real local store within Hôtel Brach managed by pastry chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2011 Yann Brys.

Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon

Courtyard by Marriott has opened its sixth property in the heart of Paris, ideally situated opposite the Gare de Lyon train station, which serves as both a domestic and international travel hub for millions of passengers each year. Housed in a 19-story tower, Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon offers exceptional views over the city and its emblematic sights. The design in the 249 bedrooms was led by Studios Architecture and features sleek wood finishes and metallic details that reflect the area’s industrial past.

The hotel has an impressive 650m² of meetings and events space, which consists of nine multi-functional conference rooms equipped with top-of-the-range technology. The space also features a dedicated co-working space, which can be booked by the hour or by the day.

Kitchen & Bar proposes an all-day dining experience based on a Fresh, French and Friendly concept. Guests can fuel themselves for the day ahead with traditional French breakfast items such breads and pastries accompanied by homemade jams and freshly squeezed orange juice, whilst all-day menu items range from bar snacks to hot dishes and desserts. The bar menu caters to all tastes and features local craft beers, as well as a wide selection of regional French wines.

La Planque Hotel

La Planque Hotel is a new boutique hotel in the Belleville district. The 36-guestroom boutique hotel’s building was formerly a sweet shop.

Rooms come in grey tones. Views on higher floors look out over the rooftops of the 10th arrondissement.

Hotel de Berri

Hôtel de Berri, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris (Opened: December 2018)

The Luxury Collection, part of Marriott International, Inc. has opened Hôtel de Berri, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris. Hôtel de Berri features 75 guestrooms, including 35 suites, as well as Italian restaurant Le Schiap and cocktail bar Le Bizazz. The hotel’s preserved 3,000 square meters landscaped garden is a precious legacy of the building’s illustrious past.

Situated on Rue de Berri, one of the most sought-after addresses in Paris that has been home to aristocrats, royals and prominent leaders in French society since the 19th century, Hôtel de Berri draws inspiration from the trailblazers of the French Decorative Arts period including painters, designers and stylists from Coco Chanel to Salvador Dalí, with interior designs reflecting the “Art de Vivre” ethos made famous in the heart of Paris.

Grand Powers Paris (Opened: January 2019)

Hotel Powers, which closed in July 2017 for a renovation, reopened as the Grand Powers Paris, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Set in the 8th arrondissement near the Champs-Élysées, the new 5-star hotel offers a virtuosity of balance between heritage and invention. The 50 rooms and suites offer a soft and cozy atmosphere, timeless, warm and bright. Its rooms and suites feature high ceilings and large windows – some with balconies and Eiffel Tower views.

The Grand Powers houses its restaurant, Cafe 52, which offers all-day cuisine with a “refined snacking” spirit, balanced and seasonal, expertly orchestrated by Chef Maxime Raab, in an intimate and warm atmosphere.

Staycity Aparthotels Paris, Marne la Vallée is conveniently located just 35 minutes by car from central Paris and 10 minutes from Parc Disneyland® Paris. It’s also close to both the Val d’Europe RER Station and the terminus Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy with a TGV from Charles de Gaulle airport to Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy taking just 12 minutes.

The new-build property, built on a four-hectare greenfield site, is scheduled to open this August 1st, offering studio and one-bed apartments as well as 12 four-bed villas sleeping up to 16 people and 10 five-bed villas sleeping up to 20 people. Prices start from €99 for a studio and €385 for a villa.

Guest facilities include a lounge, children’s play area, gardens, and gym as well as a free shuttlebus to and from Parc Disneyland® Paris. Hyatt Hotels’ first dual-branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels in Europe is expected to open in the second half of 2020. The opening of Hyatt Place Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport and Hyatt House Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport will mark the introduction of Hyatt’s select service brands in France, which will bring the total number of Hyatt-branded hotels in the country to 10.

Hyatt Place Charles De Gaulle Airport will bring the brand’s intuitive design, casual atmosphere, spacious guestrooms with distinct sleeping and living areas, and practical amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and 24-hour food offerings, to guests looking for a relaxing and uncomplicated place to pause before beginning the next leg of their journey. Hyatt House Charles De Gaulle Airport will offer apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens, providing guests with the spaces and places that help make them feel more like home. Together, the two hotels will offer an array of shared services and amenities that meet the needs of transient and extended-stay guests.

The hotels will be located in Paris Nord 2 International Business Park at 241 rue de la Belle Etoile in Roissy, one of the Ile-de-France’s busiest gateways, and home to Europe’s second largest airport, Paris Charles De Gaulle. Luxury brand Bvlgari Hotel and Resorts will open its eighth property in Paris in 2020. The property will be located on Avenue George V, within the so-called Triangle d’Or – the area formed by the intersections of Avenue George V with the Champs Elysees and Avenue Montaigne.

The Bvlgari Hotel Paris will offer 76 rooms, most of them suites, and a full range of luxury facilities including a spa with a 25-meter pool and a Bvlgari restaurant and bar opening to a charming courtyard garden.
