Sonesta unveils its newest gem, the Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach, situated in the heart of Miami, FL. This upscale, 250-room establishment graces Collins Avenue, granting guests direct access to the beach while being a stone's throw away from iconic South Beach landmarks. These include the bustling Lincoln Road Mall, the Miami Beach Convention Center, the historic art deco stretch of Ocean Drive, and The Bass, a hub for contemporary art enthusiasts.
Positioned at 1825 Collins Avenue, the Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach not only boasts of its strategic location but also offers an array of amenities. Guests can choose from four distinct food and beverage destinations, revel in events hosted in the expansive 17,500 sq ft indoor and outdoor space, indulge in workouts at the state-of-the-art fitness center, shop at the in-house gift store, or relax by the soothing saltwater pool.
Marking its fifth presence in Miami and the 43rd addition to the global Sonesta Hotel & Resort portfolio, this establishment promises more than just a stay. While Sonesta will helm its management, plans are already underway for a significant makeover. By 2025, guests can anticipate a reimagined experience as the hotel transforms into The James Miami Beach.
EVEN Hotel Sweetwater – Doral

Located within the vibrant and growing Miami community of the same name, EVEN Hotel Sweetwater – Doral is projected to open in time for the busy summer travel season in 2024.
EVEN Hotel Sweetwater – Doral will feature key elements of the brand’s recently introduced refreshed prototype, all aimed at putting “Wellness within Reach” for travelers and enabling them to restore, rejuvenate and retain their unique personal routines while on the road. The hotel promotes fitness through a choice of three room types containing varying exercise amenities – ranging from yoga mats to Peloton bikes – along with access to its central, state-of-the-art athletic studio. Guests also can select from a range of health-conscious and indulgent meals, snacks and beverages from the new EVEN Kitchen & Bar restaurant and adjacent 24/7 market.
In addition to its proximity to the culture and commerce of the Doral neighborhood, EVEN Hotel Sweetwater – Doral offers convenient access to many of the region’s most visited destinations. The hotel is located within 15 miles of both the Miami International Airport and downtown Miami, and is a 30-minute drive to Miami Beach and South Beach. Guests also can walk to the nearby Dolphin Mall for a day of shopping or enjoy the scenic parks and best-in-class golf courses that have defined the community’s evolution.
