The specifically selected team of AIM Group was dedicated to the project from the very beginning, deeply understanding each need and foreseeing the proper execution for each function during the 3 days. One week prior to the Final the Team worked tirelessly at the onsite Project Office. This hard work culminated in a flawless performance. The Team managed a total of 33 buses and 28 minivans and were supported by 140 freelance staff members just at the Stadium. The freelance staff attended training specific to each function prior the event. They acted as one cohesive whole during the days of the Final and they had a clear understanding of each person’s role. At the end of the busy 3 days there were over 500 transfers and 11 side events including an extravagant gala dinner at the Queluz Palace.
