One month to go to the start of EuroBasket 2015 which is hosted by Croatia, France, Germany and Latvia. There are five custom-made official courts for the championship. The courts, created on the portable QuickLock wooden surface, feature a special design for each of the five EuroBasket venues – Berlin, Germany; Zagreb, Croatia; Riga, Latvia; Montpellier and Lille, France – using the official tournament colors of each host nation.
24 national teams will compete in 4 groups during the EuroBasket 2015 which takes place 5 – 20 September 2015. The four best teams from each group will play their games between September 12th and 20th in Lille.
Molten, in collaboration with FIBA, has unveiled the exclusively branded official game ball of EuroBasket 2015. In honor of the event, Molten have exclusively branded their newly designed GL7X ball, incorporating the superhero elements of the logo and the colors of the four host nations into the design of the ball.
The EuroBasket, which was known as the European Championship until 2005, is the most important basketball competition for European national teams. It is also a qualifying tournament for the Olympic Games, and this year it is taking place in four countries.
