Pure Pump is geared towards men and focuses on strength and endurance. 10 pre-choreographed tracks help men work on their whole body resistance. Lastly, Burn It is a high-intensity interval training course. The class runs for only 30 minutes and is fit for advanced athletes only as it will test endurance, agility and speed.
