Visit Colorado Springs (VCOS) launched ‘Restaurant BINGO,’ a campaign dedicated to supporting local Pikes Peak region restaurants as they transition to the fall and winter seasons.
Before the pandemic, Pikes Peak Restaurant Week was scheduled from October 2-11 but was tentatively postponed to April 9-18, 2021. Restaurant BINGO will take place in lieu of Restaurant Week this year.
By participating in Restaurant BINGO, players who complete a “BINGO” and follow the rules to submit will receive an exclusive Colorado Springs restaurant sticker, a free drink coupon at a surprise restaurant and an entry to win the grand prize. The grand prize includes:
- A one-night stay at new, downtown boutique hotel Kinship Landing (opening late 2020)
- Two tickets to the newly opened U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum
- A VIP Pikes Peak Region Attractions pass
- $200 gift card to dine and shop at local businesses
“Our local restaurants have been hit especially hard during the pandemic,” said Jane Blazer, Secretary at the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association.
“Restaurant BINGO is a fun initiative that will encourage residents and visitors to support these businesses through dining out or ordering takeout.”
