The 200-room Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove is the newest property in Miami’s Coconut Grove following a three-year, multi-million dollar renovation.
Significantly damaged during Hurricane Irma in 2017, the property underwent a complete top-to-bottom renovation to create a stylish haven in the celebrated Miami neighborhood of Coconut Grove.
The property offers a completely new aesthetic — redefining contemporary comfort — with a level of sophistication unique to the Courtyard brand. Guest rooms and suites feature plush bedding, flexible workspaces, fast and free high-speed Wi-Fi, and amazing vistas of the ocean or Miami skyline.
According to interior designer Jacki Arena of Jackie Arena Interiors, “The design philosophy was to emphasize the views with an ambiance more reminiscent of a yacht club versus a beach hotel and targeting the relaxed vibe of Gen X’ers and Millennials. The light and airy color palette optimizes the perception of spaciousness while natural elements in the focal walls and accents play off the natural lights and views as much as possible.”
The hotel’s modern amenities include the Bistro Restaurant and Bar which serves American fare and creative cocktails. For relaxation guests can enjoy the fitness center and heated outdoor infinity pool with welcoming cabanas. From this coveted location, guests are never to key spots including the Shops at Merrick Park, University of Miami, Mercy Hospital, downtown Miami, Key Biscayne and Brickell.
For meetings and social functions, the property features a total of 11,134 square feet of meeting space including 9 event rooms, with the largest one offering a maximum capacity of 250 people.
