Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of an agreement to open Bvlgari Resort Bodrum, a new luxury hotel in Bodrum, Turkey, in 2026.
This hotel will be the 12th addition to Bvlgari’s prestigious Jeweler of Hospitality collection.
Following its successful openings in Milan, London, Dubai, Shanghai, Beijing, and more recently in Rome and Tokyo, Bvlgari is set to expand its footprint with new resorts in Miami Beach, the Maldives, and now Bodrum.
Bodrum, home to the ancient Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, is a prominent and elegant destination in the Mediterranean. The new resort will be located in the picturesque area of Türkbükü-Gölköy, known for its stunning coastline.
The project will follow the highest sustainability standards and will be designed by the renowned Milanese architectural firm ACPV Architects, led by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The design aims to create a sense of belonging by blending contemporary materials and colors with the extraordinary natural landscape.
The landscape project, entrusted to the world-famous Randle Siddeley Limited (RSL), plans to plant thousands of trees to transform the current barren land. Lord Kenilworth Randle Siddeley emphasized their vision to create a luxurious escape that harmonizes with the natural beauty of the region.
The resort will occupy a 60-hectare peninsula and will feature 100 Bvlgari-branded villas ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms. These villas will be surrounded by terraced Mediterranean gardens, swimming pools, and private gardens.
In addition to 84 rooms and suites, including the exclusive Bvlgari Suite, the resort will offer a variety of luxury amenities. Guests can enjoy a large Bvlgari Spa, a fitness center with panoramic sea views, a fresh fruit bar, and a water sports center.
The resort will also feature high-end retail experiences, including a Bvlgari boutique. Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari, expressed excitement about this new addition, stating that Bodrum has become one of the most glamorous destinations in the Mediterranean.
Cengiz Holding, the owner of the project, is one of the region’s largest conglomerates with significant investments in energy, chemicals, and construction. Mehmet Cengiz, Chairman of Cengiz Holding, shared their vision of making Bodrum a leading luxury tourism destination in the Mediterranean.
This new venture is set to shine as a beacon of sustainable luxury, offering an unparalleled guest experience while preserving the natural beauty of Bodrum.
