The Tourism Innovation Global Summit has appointed Brigitte Hidalgo as its new director, bringing two decades of experience in travel, hospitality, and digital marketplaces to the leadership of this pivotal tourism event.
Hidalgo’s appointment comes ahead of TIS2025, the international forum set to take place in Seville from October 22 to 24, gathering over 8,000 professionals and 400 global experts focused on shaping the future of tourism.

With roots in hotel management at brands like Sercotel Hotels and Husa Hotels, she also brings operational and commercial expertise from both independent and chain hotel settings.
Guiding the Future of Global Tourism
As director of the Tourism Innovation Global Summit, Hidalgo will oversee the content agenda of TIS2025, curating panels, sessions, and forums that address pressing issues such as sustainability, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and evolving traveler expectations.
