AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park in Las Vegas have appointed Laura Jaramillo as Director of Sales and Marketing, marking a new leadership move at the dual-branded property that opened in September 2025.
The hotels, developed by Jackson-Shaw and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, offer 441 upscale guest rooms and are located in Symphony Park near the World Market Center and The Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
Jaramillo brings more than 27 years of hospitality experience in the Las Vegas market, spanning sales, marketing and event operations. In her new role, she will lead the property’s sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on developing the sales team and introducing a more proactive approach to driving business.
“Laura Jaramillo brings an exceptional depth of experience and a true passion for hospitality that aligns perfectly with our vision for this property,” said Mark Kirsch, General Manager. “Her proven leadership, strong ties to the Las Vegas market, and ability to build high-performing teams will be key as we continue to expand our presence and enhance the guest experience.”
Jaramillo is a third-generation Las Vegas native and has built her career delivering strong sales performance and guest experiences across both luxury and select-service properties. Her background includes positions with global brands such as Renaissance, Westin, The Venetian, Four Seasons and Waldorf Astoria, as well as experience in the wellness sector.
For the past three years, she has been part of the Crescent Hotels & Resorts team, where she contributed leadership and market expertise across hotel operations. Her appointment reflects the property’s strategy to strengthen its position within the competitive Las Vegas hospitality market.
“I’m honored to join this dynamic property and team in the city I’ve always called home,” said Laura Jaramillo, Director of Sales and Marketing. “Las Vegas is a market like no other, and I look forward to building meaningful relationships, driving results and creating exceptional experiences for our guests and partners.”
The five-story development brings together two Marriott brands under one roof, offering a combined hospitality experience designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. Located on the south side of South Grand Central Parkway at Symphony Park Avenue, the property sits within a growing cultural and commercial district in downtown Las Vegas.
