Hilton’s New Venture: Spark by Hilton Debuts in Mystic

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) marked a significant milestone. The grand unveiling of Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton took place, heralding Hilton’s entry into the premium economy hotel sector.

This launch comes merely eight months post Hilton’s announcement of this conversion-only brand.

Spark by Hilton’s Strategic Location

Situated a stone’s throw from I-95, Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton finds its home in Mystic, Connecticut. This historic maritime town boasts attractions like The Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport Museum. Additionally, the Olde Mistick Village and the renowned Mystic Bascule Drawbridge are in close proximity. A short drive of less than two miles brings visitors to Mystic’s charming downtown, teeming with local shops and eateries.

Matt Schuyler, Hilton’s chief brand officer, expressed his enthusiasm. “In collaboration with Distinctive Hospitality Group, we’re elated to introduce the inaugural Spark by Hilton. This innovative premium economy brand is a testament to Hilton’s ongoing efforts to curate new brands. Our aim? A Hilton hotel for every traveler, for every occasion,” he remarked. He further added that Spark’s launch has set a record, being the quickest from announcement to market in Hilton’s legacy.

The Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton boasts 120 cozy guest rooms, complemented by a seasonal outdoor pool. But that’s not all. Guests can expect:
