Australia’s SeaLink Travel Group Suspends Non-Essential Travel Services

Due to the recent travel announcement from the Australian Government regarding COVID-19, all non-essential travel has now been restricted across the country.

With State Government travel restrictions also coming into effect, SeaLink Travel Group regrets to advise the following temporary suspension of non-essential services:

CAPTAIN COOK CRUISES PERTH – all cruise departures suspended from 24 March to 31 May 2020.

CAPTAIN COOK CRUISES MURRAY PRINCESS – all cruise departures suspended 24 March to 31 May 2020.

CAPTAIN COOK CRUISES SYDNEY HARBOUR – all cruise departures suspended 24 March to 31 May 2020. 

FRASER ISLAND/KINGFISHER BAY RESORT/EURONG BEACH RESORT – will no longer be accepting new guest arrivals until 31 May 2020. All travel arrangements for this period will be postponed.

  • Departures of our Cool Dingo Tours suspended, effective from 23 March to 30 June 2020. 
  • Departures of our Fraser Explorer Tours suspended, effective from 23 March to 31 May 2020.
  • Ferry Services from 25 March, only one ferry will operate daily between River Heads and Kingfisher Bay Resort, and all ferry services out of Wanggoolba Creek will be suspended until further notice.

SEALINK TOWNSVILLE – all PALM ISLAND cruise departures suspended from 24 March 2020 (Due to Government restrictions until further notice).

SEALINK ROTTNEST ISLAND – all cruise departures suspended from 24 March 2020 (Due to Government restrictions until further notice).

SEALINK SOUTH AUSTRALIA – departures of our Kangaroo Island Adventure Tours, Kangaroo Island Odyssey Tours, SeaLink Kangaroo Island day and overnight tours and Adelaide Sightseeing day tours suspended from 24 March to 31 May 2020.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, however, at this time it is important SeaLink Travel Group follows the advice of the relevant authorities. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated as we safeguard the wellbeing of all guests, customers, the community and our employees.
