Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) along with Member Lines that operate over 90 percent of the global cruising capacity, is excited to again set sail on its itinerary of live events beginning this June 22 at the FCCA-PortMiami Return to Sail Summit.
Hosted and sponsored by PortMiami, the exclusive gathering will join a maximum of 200 persons along with FCCA Member Line executives for a day of workshops and networking opportunities to help prepare for the return of cruising to FCCA partner destinations.
“We are excited to again gather with our partners during this pivotal time to prepare how to make it out of this crisis, hopefully even stronger,” said Michele Paige, President, FCCA.
“We are ready for the resumption of cruising,” said Port Director and CEO Juan M. Kuryla. “In anticipation of that return, we are joining our partners to share our updated procedures and exchange ideas as we eagerly await the restart. We can’t wait to welcome cruise passengers back!”
The event will take place on June 22 with a schedule of workshops and networking opportunities including a Meet & Greet and lunch gathering attendees and the participating cruise executives.
As of May 19, ten Presidents and/or CEOs had already confirmed – from Carnival Corporation & plc.; Carnival Cruise Line; Holland America Group; MSC Cruises USA; Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.; Norwegian Cruise Line; Regent Seven Seas; Royal Caribbean Group; Royal Caribbean International; and Virgin Voyages – along with nearly 20 high-level cruise executives specifically selected for the event to drive mutual benefits for attendees.
