Turkey entry form

Sharing Information Now Required To Enter Turkey from Monday

All air travelers are now required to enter their travel information on Turkey’s Health Ministry website at least 72 hours before their travel starting on March 15.

Travelers are required to submit their travel information and identification documents before they start to fill in the form. For transit passengers to travel to another country, there is no need to fill out the form.

Information on the website should be filled in in order to provide travelers proper information and protect the health of their and loved ones during the Covid-19 pandemic. A private HES code will be created automatically by the given information. The Turkish government will be able to contact you in the case of any contact with Covid-19 patient during your travel and staying thanks to HES Code. For this reason, the accuracy of the information is quite important.

HES code (Hayat Eve Sığar) is a unique code assigned to individuals. You will be asked your HES code to enter public buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, and cafes as well as during your travel within the country.

If you haven’t filled in the form or made misleading statements, you may face legal and administrative sanctions. Furthermore, you might not be allowed to enter Turkey. (if you are not a Turkish Citizen or you do not have a residence permit).
