Dream Hotels Group announced the appointment of Shane Batchelor as Director of Operations at Dream Nashville in Tennessee.
As Director of Operations, Batchelor will oversee all aspects of operations for the boutique property’s 168 art deco-inspired guest rooms, six dining and nightlife offerings, and 8,000 square feet of flexible event space, located in two reimagined landmarked buildings in historic Printers Alley.
A Nashville native with more than 25 years of hospitality experience at local hospitality and entertainment venues, Batchelor has a passion for client service. He previously served as Director of Operations at Strategic Hospitality, a restaurant and entertainment hospitality company, and at Game Terminal, a popular lounge and arcade. In all prior positions, Batchelor innovated operations by successfully envisioning and implementing new business ventures, guest and staff engagement, leadership protocols, and cost-saving efficiencies. Along with a degree in Architectural Engineering from Nashville State, Shane is skilled in conceptualizing and directing efficient systems and operations that create memorable guest experiences.
“Shane brings the unique combination of technical skill, vast experience and passionate enthusiasm for client service we strive to achieve at every moment in our business,” said Dream Hotel Group CEO Jay Stein.
“We are excited to welcome Shane to the Dream Hotels family and to grow our brand in the heart of downtown Nashville.”
“There’s a reason Dream Hotel Nashville has become one of the most celebrated hotels in Music City,” added Dream Nashville Director of Operations Shane Batchelor.
“As a Nashville native, I am absolutely honored to be joining such a talented, dynamic team here. I look forward to continuing to grow the iconic property’s unique programming, elevating and propelling guest experience into the future of hospitality.”
