Mr. Arnaud Morandi has been appointed as the new General Manager of Fauchon L’Hotel Paris.
Mr. Morandi has joined the iconic five-star property from his most recent position as Director of Operations of the Anne-Sophie PIC group, where he managed several sites in Valence, France, including the five-star Relais & Châteaux hotel, La Maison PIC, the prestigious Michelin three-star restaurant, Anne Sophie PIC, and the Bistro André as well as the Michelin one-star restaurant, La Dame de PIC in Paris.

He began his career with the Club Med Accor Group, holding various positions from Administrative and Treasury Manager to Sales Coordinator in the Congresses and Seminars Department. Mr. Morandi later held his first role as General Manager at the Château de Mercuès, one of the most beautiful Relais & Châteaux establishments in France, and also oversaw soon after, the opening of La Maison d’Uzès in 2013.
A graduate of the Hotel Executive Program at the renown ESSEC business school in France, Mr. Morandi is a veteran of the luxury hospitality industry with extensive experience in prestigious establishments throughout France and abroad.
In his new role Mr. Morandi will continue to maintain the service excellence of the Artisans of Pleasure at the Fauchon L’Hotel Paris — also a member of The Leading Hotels of the World — as guest relations and a primary focus on the overall client experience are at the heart of his convictions.
