Carlson Rezidor further strengthens its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by announcing a new property in the country. The new hotel will be the group’s first property to open in the holy city of Makkah. It will feature 463 rooms and is scheduled to welcome the first guests in June 2016.

Neumann, President & CEO of Rezidor said that Saudi Arabia is a focus country for the group and they want to be an active partner of the kingdom that continuously develops its infrastructure and industries. Wolfgang M. Neumann announced the Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem is their latest property in the kingdom.
The stylish midscale hotel will be located in the south eastern periphery of the holy city. It will be part of “Al Rajhi” – a complex comprising 4 hotels with 6,000 rooms as well as the largest mosque after the Haram. Besides 463 rooms, the Park Inn by Radisson will offer an all-day-dining restaurant, 2 meeting rooms, a retail area with 18 outlets, a male and a female gym, and parking spaces.

The Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem will be operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group.
