Hilton’s lifestyle boutique brand Canopy is set to make its Southeast Asia debut with the opening of Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit on 1 August 2026.
Located on Sukhumvit Soi 12, the hotel will introduce a locally inspired experience to Asoke, one of Bangkok’s most connected neighbourhoods. Sukhumvit is a high-end area in Bangkok, famous as a central hub for expats, tourists, and locals. It offers a bustling mix of upscale mega-malls, diverse international dining and vibrant nightlife,
Designed by New York-based studio AvroKO, Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit takes inspiration from Asoke and its history as home to Thailand’s early movie industry. The hotel is located 600 meters from the Asoke BTS Skytrain station and a five-minute walk from the BTS-MRT interchange, placing guests within easy reach of the city’s dining, retail, nightlife and business districts. It is also within a five-minute walk of Terminal 21 Shopping Mall.
Distinctive architecture and facilities
The property’s architecture adds a distinctive presence to Sukhumvit, with two interconnected towers linked by a skybridge above a central courtyard and wrapped in a striking bronze façade. The eight-storey hotel will offer 174 keys and event spaces.
The hotel is positioned as both a stopover for business travellers and a local gathering spot, with communal areas designed to encourage guests to linger rather than pass through – a format that has become something of a signature for Canopy properties elsewhere in Hilton’s portfolio.
Canopy By Hilton Bangkok features a rooftop terrace and the outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip. Guests can grab a bite to eat at Cante, one of two restaurants, which serves Spanish cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A poolside bar, a 24-hour fitness centre and a snack bar/deli are the other facilities at this hotel.
Asoke Unlocked
Rates at Canopy Bangkok Sukhumvit start from US$129 for a 32 sqm King Canopy Courtyard Room and US$208 for the 47 sqm King Suk Jai Suite.
To mark the debut, the hotel has introduced an “Asoke Unlocked” package for the first 100 qualifying bookings. Guests booking a minimum two-night stay in a Canopy Courtyard Room or above receive 10,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points, a US$15 dining credit valid across the hotel’s restaurants and bars, and a limited-edition Canopy x LalaLove pouch.
The package is bookable now for stays from 1 August 2026, with the offer running until 23 December 2026.
