InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) opens a new Holiday Inn hotel in Natal, Brazil. The new build, 216-room Holiday Inn Natal is located in the northeastern city of Natal, the capital and largest city of the State of Rio Grande do Norte in Brazil. The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the Lagoa Nova district, an area home to popular restaurants and bars as well as multiple shopping centers and two universities: the Rio Grande do Norte Federal University and Universidade Potiguar.
The hotel’s location is ideal for international and domestic travelers interested in being near local businesses as well as the city’s top tourist destinations. Rio Grande do Norte is the second largest oil-producing state in Brazil, making the city of Natal an important hub for the oil industry.
