IHG® Hotels & Resorts, a leading global hotel company, has signed a management agreement with AHG Hotels & Resorts Private Limited to develop the Holiday Inn Resort Kasauli, a 300-room property that will further strengthen the brand’s presence in key tourism destinations.
Holiday Inn Resort Kasauli will be located in one of the town’s largest and most prominent resort areas, offering convenient access to prime tourist spots, the city center, and the Chandigarh-Shimla highway. Known for its proximity and accessibility from Shimla, Chandigarh, and New Delhi, Kasauli has emerged as one of the most sought-after leisure destinations in North India. The town is famous for its dense forests and floras, panoramic views of the snow-clad Himalayan mountains, colonial architecture, and pleasant climate.
Providing excellent views of the Himalayan Mountain range, Holiday Inn Resort Kasauli will overlook a charming valley within the Shivalik Hills. The resort will cater to the needs of leisure travelers, corporate retreats, and social MICE including weddings from guests seeking tranquility and natural beauty. In addition to an all-day dining restaurant, Holiday Inn Resort Kasauli will feature a lobby lounge and a bar. Guests looking to unwind can enjoy a well-equipped gymnasium and a swimming pool. The resort will also feature a 2,300-square-meter meeting room.
