River Rock Hotels & Resorts, one of Turkey’s leading hospitality brands, is making bold strides in Georgia’s tourism sector with two exciting new projects in Batumi’s prestigious New Boulevard area.

In collaboration with ELT Building, River Rock has taken on the management of La Quinta by Wyndham Batumi, a project set to open in March 2025. This marks the debut of the globally recognized Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand in Georgia. Spanning a massive area, the project integrates sleek contemporary architecture with functionality, offering elegantly designed accommodations, a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center, and outdoor leisure facilities. Designed to attract discerning travelers and investors alike, the ELT Quarter is poised to become a landmark destination in Batumi.
