Carlson Rezidor announces the Radisson Blu Hotel Tipaza, which is a new build upper-upscale property featuring 168 rooms, will welcome the first guests in late 2017. It is Carlson Rezidor’s second project in Algeria (the group also develops the Radisson Blu Hotel, Algiers Hydra), and brings the group’s total portfolio in Africa to 66 hotels with 14,400+ rooms in operation and under development.

Tipaza is located on the North-Eastern coast of Algeria. Only a 40min drive away from Algiers, it is a popular leisure destination and a famous UNESCO world heritage site with Phoenician, Roman and Byzantine ruins. The new Radisson Blu will be a stylish urban resort hotel. Besides 168 rooms and suites with Radisson Blu signature services such as free high speed internet access, the property will comprise 2 restaurants, 2 cafeterias, 2 pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor), a wellness area, and a kids club. Business guests will benefit from meeting & event facilities on 1,100sqm.
