Wimmer Communities and Crescent Hotels & Resorts have expanded their decades-long partnership with the opening of a new dual-branded property, known as The Marriott Center located within the Poplar Creek Town Center in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
The Marriott Center comprises the all-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar Creek and Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar Creek, owned and developed by Wimmer Communities and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts. This latest collaboration between the two companies is part of an ongoing pipeline of joining projects.
With convenient access to downtown Milwaukee and local attractions like The Corners of Brookfield, The Marriott Center combines thoughtful design with functionality. Guests can enjoy features such as a Bistro+ Pub & Grill, a 24/7 fitness center, a rooftop patio with a firepit, and outdoor spaces equipped with lawn games and grills. Complimentary covered parking ensures visitors and their vehicles remain protected from Wisconsin’s unpredictable weather.
Two Unique Hotel Experiences
The Residence Inn boasts 104 modern suites equipped with full kitchens and dedicated workspaces, making it ideal for extended stays. Meanwhile, the Courtyard offers 121 contemporary guest rooms designed with ergonomic workspaces and flexible layouts for business and leisure travelers alike.
