Casual Hoteles, a Valencia-based hotel brand, is making waves in 2025 with its ambitious international expansion plans.
The company has announced the opening of Casual Eclettico Milano, its second hotel in Italy, on February 1st. This follows the successful launch of Casual Rinascimento Firenze in 2022.
Strategically located near Milan’s Central Station, the iconic Duomo, and the bustling Corso Buenos Aires, this 43-room boutique hotel combines convenience with cutting-edge design. The hotel’s eclectic aesthetic mixes retro and contemporary styles, reflecting Milan’s reputation as a global hub of fashion and design. Adding to its charm, it’s the city’s only black-facade hotel and features a time-travel-inspired photo booth for guests to capture memorable moments.
Casual Eclettico Milano is just the beginning of a busy year for the brand. The company plans to open two additional properties: Casual Bahía Ibiza, a 42-room hotel set to welcome guests in April, and Casual Miraviglie Napoli, a 34-room hotel expected in the second half of the year.
If all goes as planned, Casual Hoteles will end 2025 with a total of 28 hotels offering 973 rooms across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
Since its founding in 2013, Casual Hoteles has distinguished itself through vibrant, thematic urban accommodations. Each hotel draws inspiration from its surroundings, offering unique, playful designs and central locations at affordable prices. The chain’s dedication to creativity and quality has earned accolades, including awards for innovative hotel concepts and sustainability practices.
In addition to expanding its portfolio, Casual Hoteles continues its commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Through collaborations with organizations like Save the Children and UNICEF, and adherence to a strict ethical code, the company maintains its focus on sustainability and community impact.
Casual Hoteles’ latest developments position it as a leader in the urban boutique hotel segment. As it continues to bring its playful yet sophisticated style to cities across Europe, it is a brand to watch.
