Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch Now Open with Exciting Perks

Virgin Hotels has officially opened its doors in one of London’s most vibrant and eclectic neighborhoods, Shoreditch.

This newest addition to the luxury lifestyle hospitality brand promises a unique blend of heartfelt service, cutting-edge innovation, and personalized experiences, making it a standout destination for travelers seeking a blend of luxury and local flavor.

Guests who join Virgin Hotels’ loyalty program, The Know, or those who are already members, have a special treat in store. By linking their accounts with Virgin Red, the rewards club, members can earn double Virgin Points on stays from September to December 2024. This means 14 Virgin Points for every £1 spent on nightly room rates, providing an excellent opportunity for guests to accumulate points quickly. These points can soon be redeemed for future stays at Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch, making it an enticing offer for frequent travelers.

Additionally, the hotel is offering a Grand Opening promotion that extends a £75 dine and drink credit per stay for bookings made before December 1, 2024. This credit can be used across the hotel’s diverse food and beverage outlets, including Marlin’s On The Roof, BiBo by Dani Garcia, In-Room Dining, or the lobby lounge.

Sir Richard Branson, Founder of the Virgin Group, expressed his excitement about the new opening, stating, “I’m so thrilled to see Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch has swung its doors wide open. The UK is where the Virgin story all began, so it’s incredibly exciting to have another foothold in the city. Virgin Hotels was created to do things differently, and Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch is no exception.”

Busan Green and Growing

The hotel, located at 45 Curtain Road, is set to undergo a phased transformation that will bring iconic Virgin Hotels features to the space. This includes the introduction of Sir Richard’s flat, custom-designed hybrid beds, and the innovative Lucy app, which offers members of The Know a personalized experience tailored to their preferences.

Additionally, the street-level lobby lounge and café will temporarily become a pop-up Commons Club, Virgin Hotels’ flagship food and beverage concept where work and play seamlessly blend, before being transformed into an exciting new space later in the year.

James Bermingham, CEO of Virgin Hotels Collection, shared his enthusiasm, saying, “We are absolutely delighted to be opening our first London hotel today – our 17th property in the Virgin Hotels Collection. This is the beginning of an exciting journey to bring our Virgin Hotels brand to life in this spectacular building and we can’t wait to share it with our guests and create some Virgin magic in Shoreditch. We already have some incredible experiences to showcase alongside the highly personalized service that Virgin Hotels is known for, and there’s even more to come.”

In addition to its exciting new features, Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch offers an array of existing amenities that elevate the guest experience. These include the vibrant Spanish restaurant BiBo by renowned chef Dani Garcia, a rooftop bar with stunning views, a swimming pool, Marlin’s Mediterranean restaurant, a fully-equipped gym, and treatment rooms within a sophisticated private members’ club sanctuary managed by Blue Marlin Ibiza.

Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch is poised to become a cornerstone of luxury hospitality in London, offering guests an unforgettable stay with the perfect blend of innovation, service, and Shoreditch’s unique cultural vibe.
