Direnç Koca, who graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Geological Engineering, started his career in 2002 as a restaurant and bar manager at Boulters Lock Hotel in Maidenhead, England.
Afterward, Koca worked as Guest Relations Officer at Fuga Fine Times Bodrum and continued her hotel management career as Sales Coordinator at Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum.
Direnç Koca, who was promoted to the position of Deputy Sales Manager at the same hotel, worked as Assistant Sales Director at Grand Hyatt Istanbul after W Istanbul Hotel, where she was appointed as Deputy Sales Director.
Appointed as Sales Director to Park Hyatt Istanbul in 2016, Koca got the position of Sales and Marketing Director of Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul in 2017.
