Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan announced the appointment of Markus W. Iseli as General Manager.
Originally from Switzerland, Mr Iseli has served luxury brands from Europe, the Middle East and Africa to Asia in a 30-year hospitality career. Mr Iseli has considerable professional expertise and experience, including 20 years of work experience in the hospitality industry.
Mr Iseli, originally a civil engineer by profession, has made his way to become a senior hotel management expert and has accurately grasped the key links of management and the development of a luxury hotel. He has not only successfully been involved in opening over ten luxury hotels and resorts but also worked with Hilton International, InterContinental Hotels Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Victoria-Jungfrau Collection, Palazzo Parigi Hotel and Grand Spa, Canyon Ranch, and Lux* Resorts & Hotels, and has achieved remarkable results.
