DFS shareholders LVMH Group and Robert Miller announced that Benjamin Vuchot, currently President of Sephora Asia, is appointed Chairman and CEO of DFS, effective January 2021.
Ed Brennan, who has led DFS for the past three years, will resume his former role as a full-time member of the DFS Board of Directors in January after completing a three-month handover with Benjamin.
Benjamin returns to DFS after three years as President of Sephora Asia. He first joined DFS in 2011 as President Asia North, leading the company’s operations in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Korea and driving several significant expansion initiatives.
