New Spa & Retail Director at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas

The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas announced the appointment of Sharon Saint Amand as the property’s new Director of Spa & Retail.

With a hospitality industry career that spans more than 20 years, Saint Amand’s seasoned leadership and expertise will allow the property to further its position as one of the Caribbean’s top wellness resorts. Her unique skillset will bolster the launch of new and unique guest offerings that speak to top trends sought out by today’s luxury traveler.  

“I am very excited to take on the role of Director of Spa & Retail at the iconic Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas,” says Saint Amand.

Saint Amand’s broad professional background includes extensive experience at luxury day spas, medical spas and hotel and resort spas. She also holds a master’s degree in construction management. Her resume includes stints as Senior Level Project Manager at the Weston Homes, Senior Quantity Surveyor at Fort Lauderdale’s Pier Construction Co. and Regional Operations Spa Manager for Spa810 Medical Spa in Winter Park.

Most recently, Saint Amand was part of the pre-opening team at The Tampa EDITION, giving her the opportunity to build a wellness program from the ground up, overseeing the completion of the spa and creating a world-class experience for guests.
