With 30 years of lifestyle, luxury and independent hotel and conference center management experience, Croke brings a unique blend of operations, sales and marketing expertise that has positioned his various hotels for positive and profitable growth.
Having successfully guided properties in major markets such as New York City, Washington D.C., Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Palm Beach, Croke’s early years in professional sports helped him to develop a competitive spirit and understand the value of teamwork.
As a leader, he places an emphasis on driving results and taking great care of hotel guests, coupled with a strong and favorable associate environment.
He has won awards such as Hotel of the Year, Director of Sales of the Year, and HSMAI Marketing Executive of the Year.
Crokes is passionate about the hospitality industry and the opportunity to support the needs of Oceans Edge Resort & Marina in his new role as General Manager, and looks forward to having fun while doing so.
