Ankara HiltonSA Hotel appoints Orcun Cay as its new Executive Chef.
With a distinguished culinary career spanning several top-tier hotels and restaurants, Cay brings a wealth of expertise and innovative vision to the hotel’s culinary team.
Orcun Cay began his culinary journey at Hilton Istanbul, quickly establishing his reputation for excellence. He then honed his skills internationally as a Chef De Partie at Crown Resorts in Melbourne, Australia. Returning to Turkey, he served as Senior Sous Chef at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus, followed by his role as Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum. Most recently, Cay was the Head Chef at Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates.
In his new role at Ankara HiltonSA, Cay will lead the hotel’s culinary operations, focusing on enhancing the menu with a blend of traditional Turkish flavors and contemporary cuisine. He is expected to introduce new dishes that will reflect his unique style and culinary philosophy, aiming to elevate the dining experience at the hotel’s acclaimed restaurants.
