With an impressive background in the international hospitality and travel sectors, Jean Francois brings almost two decades of extensive experience to his new position. He recently held the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at Kempinski Seychelles Resort Baie Lazare, where he contributed significantly to the resort’s success. Prior to that, Jean Francois worked with esteemed brands such as Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he steadily climbed the sales and marketing ladder, culminating in his appointment as Cluster Director of Sales for Mauritius.
Jean Francois, who holds dual French and Mauritian citizenship, holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Hotel Management and Marketing. His expertise covers various areas, including cross-functional interactions, strategic planning, implementation of brand standards, and the creation of innovative food and beverage concepts.
