Turkish Airlines will launch of a new daily flight service between Turin and Istanbul, set to commence on July 10, 2024.
This addition to their route network will not only connect travelers to Istanbul but also provide onward connections to 348 destinations worldwide, including regions in Africa, the Americas, the Middle East, and the Far East.
Andrea Andorno, CEO of Turin Airport, hailed the new route as a significant expansion for Turin’s network, reported Nova News. Andorno noted that Istanbul serves as a strategic eastern hub, offering excellent connectivity due to its geographical location. The service opens up global travel opportunities not only to Istanbul and other Turkish cities but also to a vast array of international destinations.
This new connection is also poised to boost tourism in the Piemonte region. With the inclusion of Turin in the extensive Turkish Airlines network, the area is set to welcome a higher influx of international tourists from across the globe.
