Turkish Airlines has announced that passengers can make free reservation changes for flights to and from Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon, which were canceled due to the ongoing tensions between Iran and Israel. This policy applies to tickets that were scheduled before April 13, 2024.
In a recent statement, Turkish Airlines declared that all passengers booked on flights to and from Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon between April 13, 2024, and April 22, 2024, are eligible for free reservation changes, provided these are completed by April 22, 2024. The airline emphasized the need for these changes due to the volatile situation in these countries.
Furthermore, the airline has offered flexibility for refund requests within the rules of the ticket purchased. Additionally, without any penalty for changing the ticket validity, passengers can extend their ticket validity until May 31, 2024. These provisions are applicable only on flights operated by Turkish Airlines.
