Layan Life Opens at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort

Layan Life by Anantara is now welcoming guests at the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, offering a world-class wellness retreat that blends modern technology with traditional Thai medicinal wisdom.

This new destination draws on Anantara’s two decades of pioneering wellness expertise and introduces bespoke three-to-ten-day programs based on the Whole of Life approach to wellness, supporting key life stages and celebrating the joy of choice.

Guests can choose from wellness programs tailored to various goals such as weight management, stress relief, fitness enhancement, and anti-ageing. Each journey begins with a comprehensive wellness consultation and diagnostic check-up, which includes advanced tests like epigenetic analysis and 3D body scans.

Programs are then customized using the Life Method, integrating Longevity Medicine, Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM), Complementary Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine to create a personalized wellness experience.

Set within a biophilic designed space of 1,767sqm split across two-storeys, the lower level includes a 220sqm gym, 60sqm yoga studio, 35sqm Pilates studio, meditation rooms, and a hydrotherapy area with vitality pools, saunas, and steam room.

The upper floor houses medical and holistic facilities, rooms for consultations, physiotherapy, TTM, aesthetic treatments, IV procedures and medical treatments including cryotherapy, hyperbaric chamber, and hydro colonic therapies. There is also a Thai herbal dispensary where personalised herbs are prescribed.

A unique aspect of Layan Life’s concept is its focus on honoring each guest’s wellness journey, no matter the stage or chapter. Guests have the freedom to customize their wellness path with a variety of treatments and activities. Families are also welcome, and there are numerous recreational options to keep children entertained while parents focus on their wellness goals. The resort’s Active Zone includes tennis courts, a Muay Thai ring, a climbing wall, archery, and outdoor fitness options like ziplining, mountain biking, and a beach bootcamp. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and windsurfing, while cultural experiences such as Thai language classes, cooking classes, and temple tours offer a deeper connection to the destination.

The Food for Life concept, designed by wellness chef Filippo Tawil, adds to the holistic experience at Layan Life. All dishes are free from gluten, dairy, and processed sugars, and are crafted with a balance of high-quality macronutrients. The resort’s Anantara Spa also enhances the wellbeing journey, offering spa and hydro therapies, spiritual rituals, and high-tech facials that leave guests feeling rejuvenated.

Customised packages such as Active for Life, Mindfulness for Life and Beauty for Life include three meals per day, specialised treatments, daily group classes, expert wellness talks, and special room rates at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort.

Options include pool villas and suites with private outside relaxation areas as well as villas for all the family. There are also fifteen pool residences offering unrivalled privacy and luxe overlooking the ocean at the Layan Residences by Anantara.
