The HUBERTUS Mountain Refugio Allgäu in Balderschwang is expected to open its doors under a new name on May 7th after a long construction phase.
The highlight of the new building is the infinity pool on the second floor of the impressive SPA complex.
New spa program
In January 2019, a deviated avalanche destroyed the entire spa area and also other parts of the holistic wellness hotel. Since then, the renovation work has been proceeding at full speed. The result is a special place of retreat with Far Eastern and Alpine elements such as the Zen garden with Japanese onsen pool. An open-air area with a panoramic view, various saunas, ten treatment rooms, two exclusive couples’ treatment rooms, and a micro-salt room complete the extensive SPA offering. The new natural bathing pond provides even more bathing pleasure. In this way, the hotel continues to pursue its holistic concept of HolisticLife.
