SunExpress, a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, has announced that as of April 7, flight crews have started to receive their vaccination as part of the Covid-19 vaccine program carried out by the Turkish Health Ministry.
SunExpress has participated in the vaccination program initiated by Turkey’s Tourism and Health Ministries to vaccinate all tourism employees.
Within this program’s scope, all SunExpress employees who are in direct contact with its guests and aircraft will be vaccinated by making their vaccine appointment via e-Nabız system.
SunExpress reported that the cabin crew who are vaccinated would not be able to fly for at least 48 hours in accordance with the circular issued by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, and the team members health status will be closely monitored.
