Turkey’s national flag carrier Turkish Airlines on Monday announced an extension in the suspension of flights to and from Ukraine and Moldova due to Russia’s war on Ukraine.
“Our flights from and to Ukraine and Moldavia until March 22 (included) have been cancelled,” the company said in a tweet.
The passengers have been requested to contact their travel agency, visit Turkish Airlines’ website or contact its call center for a ticket change or refund requests.
Turkish Airlines halted flights with the two countries on Feb. 24, when the war began.
The national career was operating flights to six points in Ukraine – Kharkiv, Kherson, Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Zaporizhia – and the Moldovan capital of Chisinau.
