Turkish Airlines has announced the launch of a new route from Istanbul to Denver. This service will initially operate three flights per week.
“As the flag carrier airline, we have reached our 14th destination in the United States, connecting our guests to Denver. Starting from June 11, 2024, we will operate 3 flights per week to Denver, our 347th destination in 130 countries, and as of July 9, 2024, we will increase our flights to 4 frequencies per week. We will contribute to the tourism and trade volumes of both countries by flying thousands of visitors annually on the Istanbul-Denver line,” said Turkish Airlines on X.
Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines, expressed his satisfaction with the new addition. He highlighted the airline’s history of expanding its network in the Americas.
Turkish Airlines began its U.S. flights in 1988 with a Brussels-New York service. Direct flights to New York started on July 16, 1994.
Today, Turkish Airlines offers direct flights to 14 destinations in the U.S., including Denver. This new route provides an opportunity for passengers to explore the rich history and culture of Istanbul and Turkey.
To celebrate the launch, Turkish Airlines is offering special fares. Tickets purchased by July 3, 2024, for travel until July 20, 2024, start at $787.
These special prices are available only through Turkish Airlines’ official website. The flights will connect Istanbul Airport and Denver International Airport.
This new route is expected to attract thousands of visitors annually. It will strengthen the ties between Turkey and the United States through increased travel and trade.
