Turkey’s national carrier; Turkish Airlines suspends all domestic service until April 20 due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Bilal Eksi, Turkish Airlines’ CEO tweeted that the national carrier’s limited number of flights to and from 14 major cities will all be cancelled until April 20.
Turkish Airlines also extended its suspension of all international flights to May 1.
Fahrettin Koca, Health Minister of Turkey confirmed Sunday that 73 more people died from the coronavirus in the country over the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 574. The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases surged to 27,069 as 3,135 more people tested positive for the virus in a day.
