Swarovski and Gebr. Heinemann Unveil Lustrous WonderColor Pop-Up at Hamburg Airport

Travelers transiting through Hamburg Airport are set for a dazzling treat this summer, as Gebr. Heinemann collaborates with Austrian crystal magnate, Swarovski, to unveil the first WonderColor pop-up shop in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

In line with Swarovski’s WonderColor pop-up concept, the area, spanning 15 square meters, will be cloaked in tones of luminous green, beautifully showcasing a vibrant selection of crystallized treasures. The pop-up, which opened this month, will remain accessible through September, inviting shoppers to explore an array of Swarovski’s meticulously crafted products.

Swarovski launched their innovative WonderColor pop-up concept as part of their reinvention strategy in 2021. This new design concept is now set to make its mark globally, with Hamburg Airport marking its first appearance in the travel retail segment of the EMEA region.

Vivian Lehmann, Managing Director of Heinemann at Hamburg Airport, expressed her delight about the launch, stating that the colorful displays would significantly enhance the airport experience for summer travelers. Gebr. Heinemann’s Director Purchasing FAWJ, Jan Richter, emphasized the pop-up’s exclusive offerings, indicating that the selection showcases Swarovski’s mastery over the crystal craft.

Meanwhile, Lutz Deubel, Head of Center Management at Hamburg Airport, shared that pop-up stores like the Swarovski WonderColor would offer passengers a dynamic and ever-changing range of products, enriching their shopping experience at the airport.

The airport’s first-ever Swarovski pop-up will provide an opportunity for travelers to lay their hands on a variety of exclusive items, not available in the domestic market, making their transit through Hamburg an occasion to remember.
