Microsoft Office 2016

Microsoft Office 2016 Arrives

Microsoft has released today the first new version of Office for Windows in three years. More than 1.2 billion people use Office, for everything from simple word processing and personal finances, to powerful number crunching at large enterprises. It’s as ubiquitous as Windows itself, and before today’s new update it was already packed full with features.

Microsoft is also announcing new and enhanced services within Office 365 and the availability of Office 2016 for Mac as a one-time purchase. The latest version of Office has been redesigned for Windows 10 optimization, improved collaboration and tighter security. All apps within the Office suite have been updated, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, Project and Visio.

Office 2016 allows several people to work together on documents and incorporates a “Groups” section into its software that makes it easier for people to collaborate on projects.

The new Tell Me feature lets you simply search for the feature or task you’re looking for and it brings the option up.
