The former Monte Carlo Resort and Casino converted into Park MGM Las Vegas. Located next to the 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena, Park MGM Las Vegas is situated on the Las Vegas Strip and features a casino and its own Park Theater, a 5,200 seat arena that hosts top musical artists from around the world. This contemporary resort offers 3 pools complete with poolside cabanas. Guest rooms include an LED TV with premium cable service.

Former Mandarin Oriental with 389 rooms and 1,100sqm of event space is redesigned and opened as the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Hotel & Residences on the Las Vegas Strip. Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is a short walk from the 20,000seat T-Mobile Arena.
The property offers more than 1,100sqm of event space, including the glamorous Waldorf Ballroom situated three floors above Las Vegas Boulevard with views of the Strip. The hotel offers an extensive two-floor spa with 5-star treatments and a modern gym with a yoga room. Guest rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV and an electric kettle. The 27,000 square foot spa featuring a Zen Foot Spa and various heat and water experiences is available at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. The eighth floor furnished terrace offers cabanas, 2 lap pools, 2 hot tubs, and 1 plunge pool. Hotel staff circulates every hour to offer different amenities, such as sun glass cleaning or frozen fruit.

The former SLS Las Vegas will now operate under the resort’s original, iconic brand name – SAHARA Las Vegas. Remodeled rooms with two double beds start at $12 a night (June 10) plus a $28.25 resort fee, which provides Wi-Fi and use of a fitness center at the D Las Vegas, and taxes.

This hotel was previously operated as Hooters Casino Hotel. Additional amenities include two signature restaurants, four bars, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The property will undergo an exciting transformation to be completed by the end of 2019.

Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino’s existing two towers will be joined by a third, scheduled to open in mid-2020. The new building will have seven floors with 495 additional rooms, bringing the property’s total room count to more than 1,100. Construction on the tower began in January 2019.

Malaysia-based Genting Group is planning to open the $4 billion Resorts World Las Vegas by the end of 2020. The under-construction Resorts World Las Vegas announced a 20-year agreement Tuesday with NV Energy for fully bundled electric service using 100 percent renewable resources.
The $4 billion Resorts World Las Vegas is being built by Malaysia-based Genting Group on the 87-acre site which once housed the Rat Pack-era Stardust. The integrated development will have two hotel towers covering more than 3,400 rooms. The Asian-themed Resorts World is the Strip’s first ground-up development of an all-new mega-resort since Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas opened in 2010.
Hilton brings three of Hilton’s premium brands; Hilton Hotels & Resorts, LXR, and Conrad together for the first time into Resorts World Las Vegas.
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Delta Hotels by Marriott

Las Vegas’ first Delta Hotels by Marriott is projected to open the fourth quarter of 2021 will have 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and approximately 1,600 sq. ft. of retail space, along with a rooftop pool, fitness center, covered parking, lobby dining bar, and coffee bar. The high-end, 24-floor hotel will be located at 3883 W. Flamingo Road.
